Refund Policy

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Items must be still be sealed and unused for hygiene reasons.
• Items should be returned to the address on packaging slip with packaging slip included in package.
• A return should take no longer than 14 working days to be refunded to your account. This includes transit time to the warehouse and processing times with your chosen payment method.
•  Delivery charge for your return will not be covered by Beauty Hideout
